Transmission Adapters

We are looking into some whiteblock transmission adapters. One of particular interest is the BMW E36 Getrag 250. Apparently this transmission is capable of dealing with some serious power and, from what we can determine; it is readily available on eBay for about the same money as a T5. Of course, anything to get that horrible automatic out of our 960s would be nice. Since whiteblock swaps into 240 and 7/9 series cars (5 cyl in particular) are becoming more popular, this might be a popular transmission choice. More research is required but if what we’ve been told is true, this might be a nice swap.

122 brake solutions

We already have some upgrade solutions available. We are now working on some stock replacement solutions. The rear will involve a complete rear hub, designed to work with a commonly available brake drum, which will work with all the current mechanics and hydraulics. Because the drum fits outboard of the hub, it will do away with having to pull the whole hub every time you need to service your rear brakes. The better news is this hub will also enable one to upgrade to rear disc brakes by simply adding a caliper mounting bracket (and caliper, obviously). The disc brake upgrade is still in the planning stages but we have designed the hub to enable this swap. Pricing will be determined once we have our prototypes built and tweaking done. Stay tuned...

Oil Filler Caps

We are working on some B21/23/230 billet oil filler caps. We have the basic design done but need to work out the tensioning mechanism to get proper tension on the seal. These should be out shortly.
